Co-Founder, Principal Consultant
In 2022 Meheir Jahezian decided to change gears and pursue his own sales consulting practice. In his current role, Meheir serves as an SDR Manager. His role encompasses many facets of recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and developing, deploying strategic campaigns, involving up-to-date software, tracking performance, reporting metrics, streamlining methods, and most importantly, creating an efficient functioning sales organization.
Meheir is a strategic sales leader with experience leading sales teams and overseeing client relations. He is committed to his team's personal and professional development and growth with new opportunities by implementing sales acceleration through technology and effective methods. Meheir has a passion for creating content for out-bounding by using tools such as Outreach and SalesLoft.
In addition to consulting, Meheir is pursuing a J.D. from Southwestern Law School. With a passion for constantly learning and perfecting his craft, Meheir focuses on utilizing his degree and knowledge to better guide him in mergers, acquisitions, sales law, business law, and negotiations.
Meheir started his career in 2016 after graduating from the University of California, Riverside, by working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. After a short eleven months of being a Management Trainee, Meheir received a promotion to manager. Upon receiving the promotion, he noticed that he had a knack for leading and developing salespeople while proactively working to solve critical business issues. Following Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Meheir decided to move to Edlio in 2018 and start a career in SaaS sales. Starting his career as an entry-level sales development representative, Meheir was allowed to understand the fundamentals of SaaS sales. Shortly after a year of being employed at Edlio, Meheir received a promotion to SDR Team Lead, where he learned about managing a SaaS sales organization. During his time as a Team Lead, Meheir demonstrated his skill set by being instrumental in reforming the sales processes aligned with the company's vision. Shortly after that, Meheir received a promotion to SDR Manager, where he continues to lead and develop his team.

Originally focused in the Utility and Telecommunications industry, Travis was approached by an old friend, now turned family member Meheir Jahezian in 2022 to co-found a sales consulting practice. At this time, Travis had just recently completed his dual-masters degree program in Boston, Massachusetts where he received a MSc. in International Business and a MSc. in International Marketing. Travis completed his undergraduate degree with a B.A. in Sociology at Willamette University, where he received academic scholarships to cover tuition costs and also competed at the varsity level playing football for the Bearcats.
Currently heading up the Business Development unit of a global scale-up, Travis currently operates between Marketing and the Enterprise Sales team. His primary responsibilities currently pertain to lead generation, qualification, and also pipeline oversight & management. Travis also works in capacities to onboard new employee's through training and development, as well as sales enablement. Wearing many hats throughout Travis’ current tenure, he operates as a liaison in their direct sales and partner channel, discovering synergies and aligning those to the goal and mission of his company.
As an experienced Business Development & Sales Enablement professional, Travis has accrued over half a decade of experience at both the corporate and startup level. He has worked dynamically within Marketing & Sales Orgs. as well. Travis' expertise bridges the gap to enable teams to perform effectively and strategically to reach their KPI’s and forecasted targets for the quarter or fiscal year.
Travis’ approach to business and sales consulting is to ultimately hone in and enable clients to create, implement, and execute on sales enablement initiatives which improves the success of their sales team(s). That in turn through his direct consulting, Travis provides fully actionable services to build, maintain and grow sustainable pipelines of qualified leads, leading to long-term YoY growth.
